Flow
This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment
Gentle
This class is perfect if you are looking for a slower pace with less intensity.
All Levels
The best of both worlds. This class includes a combination of asana from both our gentle and Flow classes designed with beginners in mind.
